3M™ Silvercel™ Sterile Dressings are silver-coated, non-adhesive without border nylon fibers with a non-woven pad composed of a high G (guluronic acid) alginate, and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC).

Silvercel™ Dressing with silver offers excellent fluid absorption and antimicrobial activity that is lasting making this dressing ideal for chronic wounds 1,2 with moderate to high levels of exudate. These dressings offer unique composition meaning fluid is absorbed from moderately to heavily exuding wounds whiles maintaining a moist wound environment conducive to healing.
